Portionierung in richtiger Lage und Position in die Verpackung zu dosieren. Dies k\u00f6nnen einfache Vorrichtungen sein die lediglich f\u00fcr die ordentliche Zentrierung sorgen, aber auch komplexe Verteilersysteme von einem (oder auch mehreren) Produkteinl\u00e4ssen auf ein vielfaches an Ausl\u00e4ssen. Um geforderten Taktzeiten der nachfolgenden Maschinen nachzukommen, bestehen die Systeme auch oft aus Kaskaden und Sammelschalen.<br \/>\nEine Klassische Anwendung ist die Verteilung von einer Mehrkopfwaage auf eine Verpackungsmaschine (oft Tiefziehmaschine) die pro Takt mehrere Packungen produziert.<\/p>\n<h3>Besondere Merkmale sind:<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"aufzaehlung\">\n<li>Ausf\u00fchrung mit Edelstahl Strukturblechen bei produktber\u00fchrenden Teilen<\/li>\n<li>Hohe Taktzeiten<\/li>\n<li>Vielzahl an Kombinationen<\/li>\n<li>Alle Trichter, Klappen, Sammelschalen einfach zu entnehmen (ohne Werkzeug)<\/li>\n<li>Formats\u00e4tze nach Projektanforderung<\/li>\n<li>Optional auch mit Rejektposition (Ausschleusung)<\/li>\n<li>Fahrbare Versionen mit docking an VPM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gerne bieten wir Ihnen auch zus\u00e4tzlich den Transport und Vereinzelung des Verpackungsgutes an (z.B.
