In our important food and pet food industries, hygiene is a critical issue. ITW therefore offers all your conveyor technologies in various levels of hygiene. From sheet metal structures made of stainless steel to hygienic conveyors made of tubular frame structures in an open design. Round or square tubes placed on the corner are used (if possible) to prevent deposits. The design is without cavities and the components are located at sufficient distances. Plastics including conveyor belts are FDA approved, and are made in detectable colours.<\/p>\n

If possible, we do not use side guides. Depending on the application, we replace them with trough belts or curved cleats. Bendable frames or even complete conveyor belt washing systems facilitate cleaning and allow automatic cleaning, too.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
