Hosting

Collection of access data and log files
Our host collects data about each access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files) based on our legitimate interests within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Access data include the name of the displayed website, file, access date and time, amount of data transferred, notification of successful display, browser type and version, user’s operating system, URL of the referring website (previously visited website), IP address and provider in question. For security reasons (e.g. to investigate cases of misuse or fraud), the log file information is kept for a maximum of 7 days and subsequently deleted. Data the further preservation of which is necessary for the purpose of evidence is excluded from deletion until the relevant incident has been definitively clarified.

Use and disclosure of personal data

In general, it is not necessary to provide personal data in order to use our online offer. Only non-personal access data is stored, such as the name of the displayed website, file, access date and time, amount of data transferred, notification of successful display, browser type and version, user’s operating system, URL of the referring website (previously visited website), IP address and provider in question. This data is evaluated solely for the purpose of improving our offer and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. Administration, financial accounting, office organization, contact management

We process data within the framework of administrative tasks as well as organization of our operations, financial accounting and compliance with legal obligations, such as archiving. In doing so, we process the same data that we process in the framework of the provision of our contractual services. The processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The processing concerns customers, interested parties, business partners and website visitors. The purpose and our interest in processing lies in administration, financial accounting, office organization, data archiving and also tasks that serve to maintain our business activities, perform our duties and provide our services. The deletion of data regarding contractual services and contractual communication corresponds to the data provided during these processing activities. We disclose or transfer data to financial administration, advisors, such as tax advisors, as well as other fee offices and payment service providers. Furthermore, based on our economic interests, we store information about suppliers, organizers and other business partners, for example, for the purpose of later contact. We store this mostly company-related data permanently.

Right of provision of information
